Job summary

Griffin Health Brand is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Derby, CT. Responsibilities include the preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of organ anatomy and physiology. You will operate a Gamma camera and related computer systems, and work with nuclear medicine equipment.

Required education includes an A.S. Degree with ARRT registration and/or NMTCB certification; experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
• Operate Gamma camera and associated computer system.
• Maintain and troubleshoot nuclear medicine equipment as needed.

Job description

MAIN FUNCTION: Performs a variety of duties including the preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals used for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of organ anatomy and physiology via the use of a Gamma camera and its computer system as well as other associated nuclear medicine equipment.

EDUCATION: A.S. Degree. ARRT registered and/or certified by the NMTCB respectively.

EXPERIENCE: Experience preferred.
