Qualifications

• ARRT certification or eligibility in Nuclear Medicine.
• Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine principles and practices.
• Experience with Radiopharmaceuticals handling and documentation.
• Understanding of Radiation Safety and regulatory standards.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and anatomy for imaging.
• Completion of Nuclear Medicine Tech or Radiologic Tech program; degree preferred.
• Missouri state licensure required or eligible.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Detail-oriented, patient-centered care and ethics.
• Commitment to continuing education and adapting to evolving standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures and administer radiopharmaceuticals per protocols.
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment with calibrated quality control.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and maintain accurate procedure records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality images and data.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support radiation safety compliance.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and adherence to regulatory standards.
