Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform imaging studies, QC, and radiopharmaceutical handling. You will ensure patient safety, accuracy of imaging data, and compliance with radiation safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, acquiring images via established protocols, and documenting and reviewing results in Syntrac. Must be a graduate of a nuclear medicine program and have ARRT CNMT or similar certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a nuclear medicine program from an accredited college.
• Experience in related field preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, family, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follows quality control procedures for imaging equipment and maintains QC records.
• Obtains and maintains isotopes and manages radiopharmaceuticals per regulatory guidelines.
• Processes imaging studies and acquires images using established protocols and proper positioning.
