Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a part-time role. You will perform a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

You will enter charges in the Radiology Information System (RIS) and be accountable for accuracy. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered; opportunity for professional growth within Trinity Health’s Mount Carmel network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist by ARRT or NMTCB; Ohio Radiologic License required.
• Prior experience as Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism within established Radiology and Imaging National standards.
• Performs a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality.
• Responsible for entering on-line charges in the computer system (RIS) and accountable for charges as specified by the Administrative Policy, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
