Qualifications

• Required associate’s degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiography program.
• CRT-NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Certification. Required 6 months from date of hire.
• CRT-BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• The NMT performs imaging and non-imaging procedures using radioactive tracers.
• Responsible for safe handling of radioactive materials and operation of radiation detection equipment.
• Apply knowledge of Nuclear Medicine procedures and appropriate computer analysis to generate patient results.
• Provide patient care with attention to age, culture, and developmental needs, following Patient and Family Centered Care.
