Jefferson Health in the Philadelphia region is seeking a Nuclear Med Tech to operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment, perform body imaging to aid radiologists, and prepare radiopharmaceuticals with strict safety standards.

Job Description

As a Nuclear Med Tech , you are responsible for the following:

• Operates and maintains nuclear medicine imaging equipment.
• Performs imaging of the body to assist Radiologists in diagnosis of disease or injuries.
• Can prepare and administer Radiopharmaceuticals with attention to quality and safety.

In addition to the above, the Nuclear Med Tech will also properly enter patient/exam data into the Radiology Information System and produce permanent record of diagnostic examinations.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Program
• ARRT and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
