Job summary

Baptist Health Downtown, Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for its Internal Traveler Program. This 12-week, full-time day position offers premium pay and requires participation in on-call and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Nuclear Medicine or CNMT NMTCB credential required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in hospital radiology settings preferred.

This position is part of our internal traveler program which is a 12-week contract with premium pay. This position is eligible to renew their contract after 12 weeks for up to two contracts in total. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity working 40 hours per week. Participation in the on-call and holiday rotation is required.A Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for providing patients with radioactive medication and operating imaging technology to track the radiation within the patient’s body. Their duties include sterilizing syringes, preparing patients for a scan, and processing image reports that indicate the presence of disease.
