Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital Mountain Point in Lehi, Utah, seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures for inpatients and outpatients. You will administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate imaging systems, and maintain meticulous records from receipt through disposal.

You will serve as a clinical resource with a strong emphasis on radiation safety, ALARA, and patient-focused care in a Level III trauma center environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Registered Technologist credentials: ARRT (N) or NMTCB.
  • Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
  • Licensed Radiology Technologist for Kansas site if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Operate gamma cameras and imaging systems to produce diagnostic images.
  • Maintain accurate records of radiopharmaceuticals from receipt to disposal.
  • Ensure ALARA compliance and radiation safety practices.
  • Provide patient instruction and act as clinical resource.
