The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma/certificate in Nuclear Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent, with state licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited school.
• Bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology or equivalent.
• State Nuclear Medicine License required in CA and HI.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, administers, and measures radioactive isotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic studies using radiopharmaceuticals and various equipment.
• Performs screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation.
• Documents all pertinent information regarding radioactive materials and surveys in accordance with department procedures.
• Coordinates patient flow and ensures procedure quality control.
• Elevates questions, problems and significant challenges to more senior staff for direction or subject matter expertise.
