Qualifications

  • Texas Medical Radiographer license required on hire
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist on hire or Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology on hire
  • Basic Life Support Certification by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

  • Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures and produce high-quality images for interpretation.
  • Mentor new staff on camera and computer systems and study procedures.
  • Maintain radiation safety and compliant radiopharmacy operations.
  • Lead staff in‑services on topical subjects (2 per year) and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure data validity before submission for interpretation.
