Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to deliver precise radionuclide imaging and therapeutic services, ensuring patient safety and high-quality data for physicians. You will operate gamma cameras and SPECT systems, calibrate radiopharmaceuticals, monitor vital signs during studies, and participate in quality assurance and radiation safety programs.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
MRAD TX certification (Medical Radiographer: TX).
BLS from the American Heart Association within 14 days of hire.
CNMT or RTN certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclide imaging and patient care.
Operate radiation detection equipment and imaging devices.
Calibrate and prepare radiopharmaceutical materials for administration; review calibration data.
Process image data and assess technical quality; handle SPECT and function curves.
Perform Nuclear Cardiology studies including EKG prep and monitoring.
Assist in quality assurance and radiation safety programs.
