Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Hospital - up to 136K+/yr

Summary

Under the direction of the Manager of Imaging Services and department Supervisor, performs various technical and quality control duties. Responsible for effective utilization of staff. Assists in completing daily, weekly, and monthly quality control records, including Kronos, OSHA, In-services, and attendance calendar. Assists with inventory checks, recommendation of supply purchases, and use of Materials Management Program. Responsible for enforcing personnel policies of the hospital and department. Demonstrates an active and positive role in appraising employee performance.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Associate's Degree
  2. Training at approved accredited Nuclear Medicine Program
  3. Must maintain required continuing education hours necessary to renew license/certification
  4. National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire or National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire
  5. California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification upon hire
  6. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
