Job summary

Essentia Health in Virginia, MN is seeking a Nuclear Medicine technologist to provide diagnostic imaging using radionuclides, including nuclear medicine, PET and CT scans. You will be responsible for the independent operation of nuclear medicine equipment and delivering high-quality images to radiologists.

Qualifications include CAHEA-accredited nuclear medicine education or internship eligibility for ARRT/NMTCB, and ARRT NM or NMTCB licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited nuclear medicine program.
• OR completed an internship allowing ARRT or NMTCB registration.

Responsibilities

• Provides health care services using radionuclides to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
• Performs nuclear medicine, PET and CT exams/procedures and related techniques.
• Is responsible for independent operation of nuclear medicine equipment and for providing high quality diagnostic images to radiologists and referring physicians.
