Job summary

Trinity Health’s Nuclear Medicine team in the Grand Haven area is seeking a part-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist to administer radiopharmaceuticals, perform diagnostic procedures, and ensure safe operation of imaging equipment. You will collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the care team to support high-quality patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and quality control across gamma cameras and imaging workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved NMTCB school.
• Must possess a valid Nuclear Medicine license/certificate (RT(N) or CNMT) and maintain registry status.
• BCLS certification; CPR within three months of hire.
• Experience with Meditech, Epic, Sectra preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine procedures per established protocols and safety standards.
• Prepares, measures, and administers prescribed radiopharmaceuticals.
• Operates Nuclear Medicine equipment safely and effectively.
• Assists radiologists with invasive procedures as required.
• Processes image data and evaluates technical quality prior to interpretation.
• Monitors patients during procedures and reports adverse events promptly.
• Explains procedures and aftercare to patients for understanding and comfort.
• Communicates exam-related information to clinicians and care team.
