Mercyhealth in Illinois is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform nuclear medicine procedures, prepare patients, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and produce diagnostic images under physician guidance.
You will operate NM equipment, ensure safety, document results in EMR, and work with PACS while participating in quality initiatives. CNMT/ARRT(N) certification and CPR/BLS within 90 days are required.
Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures, including patient preparation, radiopharmaceutical administration, imaging, and image processing, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Operates specialized equipment, documents procedures and patient information, and collaborates with physicians and other departments, including assisting with PET services as needed.
