Job summary

Medical-Outsourcing-Solutions in Loves Park, IL, is seeking Nuclear Medicine Technologists for facility-based imaging. Flexible scheduling with part-time, full-time and contract roles, designed to support work-life balance.

You will perform imaging studies, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients throughout procedures. Qualified candidates hold NMTCB/CNMT or ARRT(N), current BLS, a valid driver's license, and can complete background checks.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician (NMTCB/CNMT/ARRT(N)).
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
• Ensure proper aseptic techniques during procedures.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide reports.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician, accredited by NMTCB, CNMT, ARRT (N)
• Active BLS
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to complete background checks required
• Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
• Ensure proper aseptic techniques are followed during procedures.
• Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment to ensure the production of high-quality images.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports.
• Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in nuclear medicine.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
