Job summary

Medical Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a full-time on-site role.

You will perform nuclear medicine imaging, operate imaging systems, and collaborate with physicians to interpret results, while educating patients throughout the process. The role emphasizes a stable, no-weekends schedule with Cardiac Imaging focus and a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, long-term disability, PTO, and life

Qualifications

• Board certified Nuclear Medicine Technician (NMTCB/CNMT/ARRT-N) preferred.
• Cardiac SPECT experience welcomed but not required.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and prepare reports.
• Educate patients to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician, accredited by NMTCB, CNMT, ARRT (N)
• Cardiac SPECT (Cardiac PET experience welcomed but not necessary)
• Active BLS
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to complete background checks required
• Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations
• Ensure proper aseptic techniques are followed during procedures
• Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment to ensure the production of high-quality images
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports
• Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in nuclear medicine
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process
