Job summary

Medical Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform Nuclear Medicine Spect imaging, maintain imaging equipment, and collaborate with physicians to interpret results. The role emphasizes patient comfort and accurate reporting in a full-time daytime schedule.

Requirements include NM certification (NMTCB/CNMT/ARRT (N)), active BLS, and a valid driver’s license. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician (NMTCB CNMT ARRT (N)).
• Cardiac SPECT experience welcomed but not required.
• Active BLS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to complete background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
• Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment to ensure high-quality images.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
• Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in nuclear medicine.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician, accredited by NMTCB, CNMT, ARRT (N)


• Cardiac SPECT (Cardiac PET experience welcomed but not necessary)


• Active BLS


• Valid Driver’s License


• Ability to complete background checks required


• Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.


• Ensure proper aseptic techniques are followed during procedures.


• Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment to ensure the production of high-quality images.


• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports.

• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
