Job summary

Medical Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our facility-based imaging team. The role emphasizes consistent scheduling, work-life balance, and a leadership team that respects your time and quality of life.

You will perform nuclear medicine procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians to interpret results. Cardiac imaging focus; CNMT/ARRT NM certification required; BLS active; background checks; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
• Ensure proper aseptic techniques during procedures.
• Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician, accredited by NMTCB, CNMT, ARRT (N)
• Cardiac SPECT (Cardiac PET experience welcomed but not necessary)
• Active BLS
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to complete background checks required
• Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
• Ensure proper aseptic techniques are followed during procedures.
• Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment to ensure the production of high-quality images.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports.
• Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in nuclear medicine.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
