Job summary

A regional healthcare provider in Tucson is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform nuclear medicine procedures and assist physicians with organ imaging and function studies. Candidates should possess an Associate degree and ideally have one year of experience along with the necessary certifications. The role requires a strong understanding of imaging technology and the ability to ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.

Qualifications

• One year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• MRT certification from Arizona and NMTCB or ARRT-N is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures and assist physicians.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality of images.
• Prepare and instruct patients before procedures.

Knowledge of scanner use
