SUMMARY
Operates the Nuclear Medicine equipment and ancillary support systems to perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures per provider orders. Ensures procedures follow approved techniques, policies, and regulatory standards as established by regulatory agencies, including NRC regulations. Assumes responsibility for all radioisotope utilization, storage, and safety, adhering to standards set by the NYS Department of Health and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare services to the community through a wide array of programs in emergency medicine, acute care, hospitalist medicine, and critical care. We also offer outpatient health services across multiple locations in NY.

SCHEDULE: 7.5-hour shifts, 7am-3pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
UNION: 1199-721 - LPN & Technical (CPH). Note: Not all per diem roles are union eligible.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: Refer to department-specific requirements for experience and continuing education.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium work; exerting 20-50 pounds occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
PAY RANGE: $34.56 - $51.26. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
