Schedule: Part-Time - on-call during the week and weekends and 7am-3pm Saturday and Sunday

The role you’ll contribute:
Under supervision, performs a variety of technical procedures using radionuclides for diagnosis and treatment. Independently performs radiographic imaging, handles, prepares, calculates dosages, and administers radionuclides and interventional medications under the direction of an authorized user. Responsibilities include patient safety, record keeping, assisting with procedures, and ensuring quality imaging. Adheres to safety standards to keep radiation exposure as low as reasonably achievable. Maintains records per departmental and state requirements, assists radiation safety officers, and transports patients. Positions patients for imaging, assists radiologists, performs clerical duties, and may market Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT to physicians. Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Contributes to department goals by providing professional, safe, and efficient nuclear medicine imaging services, acting as a resource, and maintaining high standards of practice. Participates in customer service and maintains respectful relationships.
