BayCare is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for the Safety Harbor area, at Mease Countryside. This full-time role involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, patient care, RIS data management, and related duties.

Required credentials include ARRT or NMTCB certification with Nuclear Medicine specialization, Florida license, and BLS. Work shifts are 8:00AM–4:30PM on site at Mease Countryside.

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB radiology/nuclear medicine certifications required.
• Nuclear Medicine license and BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
• Registry eligible candidates may be considered with time to obtain full certification.

Responsabilités

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
• Manages nuclear medicine patient care and RIS data entry.
• Handles file room duties and related clerical tasks.
• Assists physicians and transports patients as needed.

Summary: Performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures. Responsible for nuclear medicine patient care, radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Other information: Required Certification includes ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) specializing in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, or Registry Eligible for ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) specializing in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, or ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) specializing in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine within 6 months, or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine) within 6 months, in addition to Nuclear Medicine License and BLS (Basic Life Support).
