The ideal candidate will have completed an AMA-approved training program, hold the necessary certifications, and will excel in clinical practice with ethical standards, ensuring patient care excellence.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate between $45.50 and $70.90, along with a $10,000 hiring bonus for external hires and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technologist training program.
• National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or National Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine upon hire.
• California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience within the last year or 2 years of full-time experience.

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing healthcare services using radionuclides for diagnosis and treatment. With your advanced skills, you'll perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures and data processing tasks, producing vital images for licensed practitioners. You’ll exercise professional judgment while maintaining medical ethics, ensuring patients receive the care necessary for successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures.
• Process and analyze data to create diagnostic images.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technologist training program.
• National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (upon hire) or National Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (upon hire).
• California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (upon hire).
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience within the last year, or at least 2 years of full-time experience with no more than a 1-year absence from nuclear medicine.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine (not required for recent graduates from an approved technician training program).
