Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an onsite contract in Lawrenceville, GA. The role features 40 hours per week across five 8-hour shifts, with a 13–14 week assignment starting 9/14/2026 and holiday coverage requirements.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic imaging, preparing patients, administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with radiologists and physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• AHA BLS certification required
• ARRT or NMTCB certification required
• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures, imaging protocols, and radiation safety

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for nuclear medicine examinations
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately as required
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow radiation safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Department: 7600V Nuc Med GMC - Nuclear Medicine
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM
Hours: 5×8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week
Local Candidates: No local candidates within 50 miles

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

And 1 minor holiday:

Friday after Thanksgiving
