Job summary

MED-STAT Health Care Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel contract, day shift 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the New Brunswick area.

You will perform PET/CT exams, administer radionuclides, and monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. The ideal candidate has a NJ license, ARRT and BLS certifications, and 2 years' experience in adult outpatient clinics and nuclear cardiology, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and NJ state license required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT exams on incoming patients and answer their questions.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and report issues.

• Monitor patient throughout the procedure for comfort and safety.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team! 13-week travel contract Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00) in the New Brunswick area. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be performing high-quality PET/CT exams and nuclear medicine on patients with a variety of needs, administering proper radionuclides in a safe manner, and monitoring the patient's well-being during the entire exam, ensuring they are both comfortable and safe. You will also answer questions from patients about the procedure and tests, and work closely with the rest of the team and the patient’s physician to get the required results. The ideal candidate has the necessary licenses for the position, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help people.
