Responsibilities

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality imaging. The Technologist supports the Radiologist in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and is responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T., or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology is required.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintenance of current status.
• Graduate of an accredited program by JRCNMT or CAMRT.
• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Proficient computer skills.

We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated rate of $65.00 per hour for this role in California. Final compensation will depend on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure, and will be determined at the time of hire.
