Job summary

Great River Health is recruiting for Nuclear Medicine Technologists to join the Right Choice Internal Resource Pool (IRP). You can select Summer and Winter hard-to-fill shifts, with compensation of $53/hour in-state and $80/hour for longer-range assignments beyond 50 miles from West Burlington, IA.

Eligibility includes graduation from an accredited program, Iowa licensure eligibility, and ARRT/NMTCB registration.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine technology.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology and/or NMTCB program.
• Maintains licensure/certification/registration and eligible Iowa permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nuclear Medicine services at multiple campuses (3 campuses).
• Adhere to scheduling commitments and complete long-term assignments as required.
• Maintain licensure and clinical competencies for patient care.

For Nuclear Med Techs who live within 50 miles from 1221 S. Gear Ave, West Burlington, IA 52655

Commitment Level 1: $53/hour

• Required to take shifts at any of our three campuses


• Minimum of 24 hours in a 6-week scheduling period


• Additional $5 an hour if you work a LTA of 6 weeks or longer

We ask that you select one Summer and one Winter hard to fill shift as part of your commitment. You can select the hard to fill day and shift time that suits your availability, and you can adjust this as you see fit annually.

For Nuclear Med Techs who live more than 50 miles from 1221 S. Gear Ave, West Burlington, IA 52655

Commitment Level 2: $80/hour

• Required to take assignments at any of our three campuses


• Must take one long-term assignment every 4 months (6 weeks or longer in duration)

Eligible shift differentials:

Evening differential: $1.40/hour (14:30 - 22:59)

Night differential: $1.60/hour (22:30 - 08:30)

Weekend differential: $1.00/hour (Friday @ 23:00 - Sunday @ 23:00)

Holiday Differential: 1.5x base rate of pay (2.0x base rate on Christmas)

• Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration


• Iowa Permit to Practice - Nuclear Medicine Technology (or eligible)
