Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited 4-year Bachelor Degree or a 2-year Nuclear Medicine program.
• Licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist per IEMA requirements or equivalent.
• Ability to educate patients and coordinate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals and adjunctive meds per prescription and exam parameters.
• Performs venipuncture and peripheral IV placement for medication administration.
• Operates imaging systems to acquire data and ensure patient safety per ALARA standards.
• Maintains accurate dose records and verifies patient identity and orders.
