Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technician to join our team. You will work under a Nuclear Medicine Physician to perform Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging, utilizing cameras and varied equipment to assist in radiographic diagnosis.

The role requires current NMTCB or ARRT NM certification and Texas MRT licensure, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and compassionate patient care in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general radiographic procedures and nuclear medicine protocols.
• Ability to apply radiation safety principles and maintain dosimetry awareness.
• Certification and licensure requirements must be current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, perform Nuclear Medicine/PET procedures.
• Use Nuclear Medicine cameras and varied equipment for diagnostic imaging.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals as outlined in scope of practice.
• Maintain safety and quality standards for patient care in nuclear medicine.
