Job summary

Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ, seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform radiology procedures in accordance with NRC/ACR standards. The role supports Virtua's mission and upholds its values and WE behaviors.

Minimum 1 year in Nuclear Medicine preferred; graduate of an accredited Radiology or Nuclear Medicine program with ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification and NJDEP license. CPR preferred. Salary is $58.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for a one-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology or Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification.
• NJDEP Nuclear Medicine license.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nuclear medicine procedures per approved techniques and NRC/ACR standards.
• Demonstrates competence in venipuncture and radiopharmaceutical administration.
• Adheres to quality control tests; ensures timely and accurate results.
• Maintains safety precautions and minimizes radiation exposure.
• Uses RIS, PACS, and hospital systems while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Covers shifts on a rotational basis and responds to on-call needs.
