Job summary

Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, NC, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. shift. Join our imaging team and perform radiopharmaceuticals, image processing, and data analysis to support diagnostic interpretation and patient care.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and NMTCB certification, with 1+ year of NM experience. BLS within 30 days and ability to work with minimal supervision are also required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program completed.
• 1+ year NM experience with Nuclear Medicine registration.
• NMTCB certification required unless grandfathered by state.

Responsibilities

• Administers radiopharmaceuticals and meds for imaging and therapy.
• Processes data and enhances digital images with advanced tech.
• Provides images and data for diagnostic interpretation.
• Evaluates image quality and instrument calibration.
• Prepares images for radiologist review.
