Job summary

Huntsville Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform advanced imaging and in-vitro procedures under minimal supervision. You will apply independent judgment and initiative to conduct state-of-the-art nuclear medicine studies across designated areas.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited radiology or nuclear medicine program, ARRT or NMTCB licensure within 1 year of hire, and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology or nuclear medicine program.
• ARRT Licensure or NMTCB Licensure required within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs nuclear medicine imaging and in-vitro laboratory procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Uses independent judgment and initiative to perform state-of-the-art imaging and assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures.
