Job summary

Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in California is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist II for a part-time position. The technologist will perform routine and advanced nuclear medicine studies under supervision, with opportunity to cross train into PET/CT.

Candidates should have an Associate degree or higher, CA CTNM license, ARRT-N/NMTCB-CNMT certifications, and at least 3 years of experience; BLS; will educate patients and document results. Call responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher; graduate of accredited nuclear medicine program.
• At least 3 years continuous experience as Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• State of California Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine license (CTNM).
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced nuclear medicine procedures under supervision.
• Cross train into PET/CT including contrast administration and post processing.
• Educate patients and families, document patient information, and provide post-procedure instructions.
• May require call responsibilities and rotation to adjacent imaging centers.
