Job summary

IHA in Fresno, CA, is looking for a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a full-time day shift. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program, hold a California state license, and have NMTC certification with ARRT preferred.

Venipuncture and AHA CPR are required, plus strong communication and patient care skills. Minimum1 year of clinical nuclear medicine experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited program of Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
• Valid California license in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
• NMTC certification required; ARRT certification preferred.
• Venipuncture certification required.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card required.
• Effective oral and written communication is required.
• Ability to relate professionally to patients, physicians, and staff with excellent customer service.
• One year of clinical nuclear medicine department experience preferred.

• Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTC) is required. American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification is preferred.
• Venipuncture certification is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Effective oral and written communication is required.
• Ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public and other health care providers and demonstrate excellent customer service is required.
• One (1) year of experience within a clinical nuclear medicine department is preferred.

Pay Range: $49.77-69.68
