Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Chicago to perform diagnostic imaging and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine procedures. You will ensure patient safety, operate imaging equipment, and maintain accurate documentation within hospital policies.

The role requires NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification, BLS, and graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program. Siemens e.soft experience is a plus, with rotating shifts and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist Program.
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or ARRT Nuclear Medicine (N).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety throughout imaging; screen, prepare, monitor, post-procedure care.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images using approved protocols and standards.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure room readiness; coordinate exam flow and timely documentation.
