Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Sciences Program in Nuclear Medicine and required clinical hours.
• Experience: no experience required
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the state of practice.
• Certification/Registration: NMTCB or ARRT (N) OR Registry eligible (achieve registry within 2 months of eligibility); BLS within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and software to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain radiation safety and imaging quality standards in a fast-paced hospital setting.
