Job summary

Texas Health Dallas seeks a Nuclear Medicine Specialist to join our Radiology/Nuclear Medicine team. This full-time, day-shift role involves high-volume imaging across CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X-ray and Ultrasound.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT/NM, NMTCB, GMRT certifications on hire, an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine background, and BCLS. Associate degree preferred with prior nuclear medicine experience.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine (Required).
  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • 2 years Nuclear Medicine preferred.
  • ARRT - Nuclear Medicine (Upon Hire).
  • CNMT - NMTCB (Upon Hire).
  • GMRT - TDH or TMB (Upon Hire).
  • BCLS prior to independent patient care (Maintained quarterly).

WORK SCHEDULE

Full Time; Day Shift

Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Department Highlights
  • Fast-paced, high-volume department seeing Level 1 Trauma, Stroke, ED, outpatients, and inpatients.
  • Involvement in multiple imaging modalities including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X-ray, and Ultrasound.
  • Robust Unit Based Council (UBC)
What You Will Need
  • Graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Required
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Preferred
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Nuclear Medicine Upon Hire Required OR
  • CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist by NMTCB—Upon Hire Required AND
  • GMRT – General Medical Radiologic Technologist either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire Req And
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req
