Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Nuclear Medicine Physician to the team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi. Jacobi Medical Center, a 457-bed Level I Trauma Center, partners with Albert Einstein College of Medicine to maintain high standards.

The Nuclear Medicine Physician will provide daily clinical coverage and participate in resident education. Responsibilities include protocol review and development, patient counseling on radiation safety, and completing projects to

Qualifications

• Provide daily Nuclear Medicine clinical coverage including diagnostic, general, and cardiac imaging and radiopeptide therapies.
• Participate in the teaching and education of Radiology residents.
• Review and modify existing protocols and assist with developing new protocols as needed.
• Counsel patients and families regarding radiation safety in preparation for therapy.
• Complete assigned projects that support the Nuclear Medicine service, Radiology Department, and institution.

Responsibilities
