Qualifications

Join Our Team as a Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist (Per Diem) at Atlantic Medical Imaging

Atlantic Medical Imaging is seeking a Per Diem Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist to join our growing outpatient radiology practice. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in Wall, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating imaging, survey, assay, and computational equipment proficiently;
• Performing static, dynamic, and in vitro scans on referred patients;
• Administering radiopharmaceuticals via injection or orally, and inserting IV catheters;
• Conducting radiation surveys in accordance with NRC, NJ Bureau of Radiation Health, and Joint Commission standards;
• Maintaining patient privacy and safety at all times;
• Participating in staff meetings, training, and adhering to safety policies;
• Performing technical and clerical duties to ensure smooth laboratory operations;
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program;
• Registered by ARRT or CNMT and licensed for Nuclear Medicine & PET/CT in NJ;
• Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross);
• Excellent communication skills and a positive patient care attitude.

Additional Details:

Shifts are weekdays from 7:30 am to 6 pm, based on availability and department needs. This position requires working at the Wall, NJ location.
