Job Summary
Performs a variety of patient care activities to assist physicians and other personnel.
Education: High School Graduate or GED.
Experience: Six months experience as Non-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred; consideration will be given to other medical experience or on-the-job training.
Additional Skills/Abilities: BLS required; ACLS preferred; knowledge of safety hazards and precautions; ability to perform effectively in emergency and stressful situations; ability to understand and follow detailed instructions; effective communication skills; ability to work independently; knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; ability to establish effective working relationships; maintain confidentiality; knowledge of medical terminology; skill in developing and maintaining quality assurance; and adherence to good work habits such as attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and punctuality.
