Intermountain Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for our Imaging Float Pool. You will perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine exams, collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other clinicians, and maintain competency across multiple facilities.
The position offers a 10% pay premium for float duties, requires ARRT NM or NMTCB CNMT, BLS, and will include flexible shifts with a minimum four shifts every eight weeks.
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic Nuclear Medicine exams on patients using specialized equipment. You will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging techniques, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
This role is part of our Imaging Float Pool, requiring flexibility to work across multiple Front Range facilities and adapt to varying staffing needs. Caregivers self‑schedule shifts on a first‑come basis and commit to a minimum of four shifts within each 8‑week period, including at least one hard‑to‑fill shift (such as weekends, holidays, nights, or on‑call). Team members are expected to maintain competencies across assigned sites and work at a minimum of two different facilities per period. In exchange for this flexibility, float pool caregivers receive a 10% pay premium plus applicable shift differentials.
