Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a permanent position in Gainesville, VA. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents per protocol, and operate CT and PET/CT imaging equipment.

Requirements include a JRCERT-accredited radiology program, ARRT and BLS certifications, and 1 year of CT experience preferred. Travel between regional coverage sites and mobile unit work are expected components of this role.

Qualifications

We’re seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client in Gainesville, VA. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents per protocol, and operate CT and PET/CT imaging equipment.

• 1 year experience preferred as a CT Technologist.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• Dual certification in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT where required by state regulations is preferred for regional roles.
• Willingness to work in mobile/coach unit environments. Typical staffing model is two technologists per mobile unit.
• Long-term commitment to quality patient care preferred by the client.
• Willingness to travel between coverage sites within the region, including UConn, Winchester, Mt. Auburn, and White River Junction.
