Shift: Day
Hours: Monday - Friday, day shift, with evening and weekend on-call

Job Summary

Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies using various radioisotope equipment. Prepare stock solutions of radioactive materials and calculate doses for radiologists. Subject patients to radiation and perform blood volume, red cell survival, and fat absorption studies following standard laboratory techniques.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be registered or eligible for registration by the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (N), and registered or eligible in Nuclear Medicine.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
