Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology procedures in accordance with protocols and ALARA guidelines.

The role requires accreditation in a Nuclear Medicine program and adherence to quality control and safety standards, with certifications to be obtained upon hire.

Qualifications

• Nuclear Medicine program must be accredited by JRCNMT or NMTCB.
• No experience required for this role.
• Registration/certification by ARDMS/ARRT or CNMT or NMTCB upon hire.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures.
• Adheres to all Protocols, Policies and ALARA programs.
• Performs quality control procedures in accordance with guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.

Education

• a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Required

Work Experience
