Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Nuclear Medicine/Nuclear Cardiology Technician to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in accordance with established protocols and ALARA standards. The role requires accreditation by JRCNMT or NMTCB and registration with ARDMS/ARRT or CNMT/NMTCB, plus BCLS on hire.

Applicants should have no prior experience required for entry, with a focus on safety and quality control while maintaining guidelines for state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Nuclear Medicine program accreditation required (JRCNMT or NMTCB).
• No experience required.
• ARDMS/ARRT or CNMT or NMTCB registration required upon hire.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to protocols, policies and procedures; adheres to ALARA programs.
• Performs quality control procedures in line with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.
