CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for Glendale Memorial Hospital. This role involves performing diagnostic Nuclear Medicine studies, ensuring patient safety, and complying with healthcare regulations. Candidates should have relevant certifications, experience in Radiology/Nuclear Medicine, and strong communication skills.
Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission and policies. Support and comply with the performance improvement plan, TJC, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. Use accepted techniques and practices to provide high-quality Nuclear Medicine studies. Operate and care for equipment safely to ensure proper patient exposure to radiation/radioactive radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic exams. Follow established guidelines for IV and oral radiopharmaceuticals administration to ensure patient safety. Communicate effectively with ancillary areas and internal staff. Evaluate, coordinate, and execute responsibilities under pressure. Resolve customer problems independently and involve supervisors as necessary. Provide professional and quality care to patients across all age groups, following hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
