• Plan and manage a manufacturing schedule for outage projects.
• Oversee budget, cost controls, and labor usage to improve performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery through training and supervision.
• Coordinate with vendors for outside work and manage capital assets maintenance.
