Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company is seeking a Maintenance Planner at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station in Oak Harbor, Ohio. The role focuses on developing maintenance work packages and ensuring work is performed according to site procedures.

You will conduct job walk-downs, initiate permits, and provide detailed work instructions to drive on-time completion and safe execution, with responsibilities including ERO duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years related field experience in maintenance or operations at a nuclear power plant.
• Engineering degree can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance work packages for corrective, deficient and other activities.
• Perform job walk-downs at the nuclear plant to validate scope, parts, clearances and work package prep.
• Initiate required permits and clearance requests and coordinate with other groups.
• Provide detailed work instructions and field oversight to meet due dates and completion standards.
• Perform EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGANIZATION duties as assigned.
