Qualifications

• 7+ years of nuclear licensing or regulatory affairs experience.
• Strong understanding of NRC processes and requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the licensing strategy and lifecycle for first-of-a-kind nuclear technology.
• Lead a team of licensing professionals and coordinate regulatory activities.
• Serve as the primary interface with the US NRC for submissions and engagements.
• Drive regulatory advocacy and risk-informed licensing decisions.
